Dr. Katherine Lisoni – Family Medicine

Dr. Lisoni is board certified and has extensive experience in a broad range of family practices, including pediatrics, women’s health, mental health and adult and geriatric medicine. Dr. Lisoni has completed medical rotations in several provinces of Argentina. She volunteers with agencies that focus on under-served populations and health education. Dr. Lisoni is fluent in English and Spanish.

Joshua Avery – Family Nurse Practitioner
As a family nurse practitioner, Joshua is passionate about helping his patients live happy and healthy lives. He provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages and has experience working with a wide range of medical needs. Joshua takes a patient-centered approach to care and works with our other providers to ensure each patient receives the best care possible. He received his master’s in nursing from Indiana University School of Medicine.

Arnie Lou Baker – Family Nurse Practitioner
Arnie Lou is a graduate of HealthLinc’s Family Nurse Practitioner Residency Program and has many years of experience working in the community healthcare environment. She believes that taking a few extra minutes with a patient to educate them on healthy living is an important part of overall health. Arnie Lou appreciates getting to build relationships with her patients and enjoys getting to treat the whole family.

Dr. Rebecca Bauer – Family Medicine
Dr. Rebecca Bauer is a family practice physician seeing patients in every stage of life from birth to adult. She is most interested in providing prenatal, pediatrics, and women’s health care. Dr. Bauer specializes in women’s health procedures including pap smears, colposcopies, cryotherapy and Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure (LEEP). She is credentialed for vaginal deliveries, but also acts as the first assistant to the collaborating obstetrician for C-sections and is, therefore, able to provide prenatal care to women having repeat C-sections.
Dr. Bauer enjoys taking care of new babies and providing continued care for the babies she delivers. She is experienced in procedures on newborns including circumcisions, treating lip and tongue ties, and the removal of abnormal lesions on the skin. Dr. Bauer enjoys taking care of the entire family, parents and children.

Kayti Bonczynski – Family Nurse Practitioner
Kayti’s practice is focused on the health and wellness of families. She provides both preventative care and chronic disease management across the lifespan. Kayti believes in shared decision-making with each individual and family, incorporating evidence-based practice guidelines into her care and providing individualized education.

Susana Lagunas – Family Nurse Practitioner
Susana focuses on providing patient-centered care that treats the whole person, not just one issue, and is dedicated to caring for underserved communities. She believes that good health can be achieved when all areas of a patient’s health, including physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural and environmental, can be addressed. Susana works closely with the entire healthcare team to help patients access all the beneficial resources they need. To better serve her patients, Susana has received additional training for treating hepatitis C, substance abuse disorder and is specialized in HIV management through the American Academy of HIV Medicine.

Kathleen Long – Family Nurse Practitioner
Kathleen likes to promote a healthy lifestyle to help prevent illness and increase her patients’ quality of life. She received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Goshen College and her doctorate degree in nursing, with a focus on family and community health and a sub-specialization in genetic health, from Rush University.

Ashley Thiele – Family Nurse Practitioner
Ashley practice is focused on disease prevention for the entire family, from birth throughout adulthood. She recently completed her MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) training and is looking forward to caring for those suffering from addiction. Ashley has a special interest in caring for at-risk patients suffering from medical and mental health problems as well as in primary prevention.

Brock Davis – Clinical Pharmacist
Brock Davis is the Clinical Pharmacist Lead for HealthLinc and practices out of the Mishawaka location. He is currently board certified in Ambulatory Care and Advanced Diabetes Management. He spends much of his clinical time managing chronic disease states and helping improve the Mishawaka clinic through co-chairing of the Quality Committee. Brock also serves on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Pharmacists Association and is the Primary site Coordinator for HealthLinc’s PGY1 Community Pharmacy Residency Program. Brock was also awarded the inaugural, HealthLinc Mary Beth Witcher “Patient Advocate” Award in 2019.

Devin received her Doctorate of Pharmacology degree from Purdue University. After graduating, she completed her Community-Based Pharmacy Residency at Advocate Aurora Health in Milwaukee, WI. Devin enjoys helping manage chronic diseases with providers and working with patients to reach their goals. She values working for an organization that focuses on bettering the health and wellness of their community.

Dr. Lourdes Lorino – OPTOMETRIST
Dr. Lorino views optometry as more than an eyeglass prescription – she sees eyes as windows to a patient’s health. She values the role of comprehensive eye exams in helping diagnose health issues like diabetes and high blood pressure. Being a primary care optometrist offers Dr. Lorino the opportunity to help patients with their vision needs and provide them access to other providers for care they may not know they need. She also speaks fluent Spanish.
