HealthLinc offers medical, dental and vision coverage through UMR/United Healthcare. All plans provide 100% coverage for preventative care services through in-network providers.

Health Savings Account Icon

Health Savings Account (HSA)

HealthLinc employees can enroll in an HSA account as part of their medical benefits. HealthLinc provides $1,000 annually to each enrolled employee’s HSA.

Wellness Program Icon

Wellness Program

Through HealthLinc’s annual wellness program, employees can earn medical premium discounts by participating in various activities throughout the year. Discounts extend to enrolled spouses.

Employee Assistance Program Icon

HealthLinc employees have access to SupportLinc – an employer-paid assistance program. This benefit helps employees, and their families, deal with the challenges and demands of everyday life.

Retirement Icon

Retirement Program

All HealthLinc employees can enroll in a 403(b) retirement program. HealthLinc matches 100% of contributions for the first 3% that employees invest in the plan, and 50% of the next 2% invested in the plan.

Group Life Insurance Icon

Group Life Insurance

HealthLinc provides and pays for Group Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance. Full-time employee receive $20,000 and part-time employees receive $10,000.

Life Insurance Icon

Life Insurance

HealthLinc employees have the option to enroll in a voluntary life insurance plan. Coverage is available for employees and their eligible dependents.

Short Term Disability Icon

Short-Term Disability

HealthLinc pays for short-term disability for full-time employees. Employees on short-term disability leave receive 60% of their weekly earnings, with a maximum of $2,000 per week after a 14-day elimination period.

Long-Term Disability Icon

Long-Term Disability

HealthLinc offers voluntary long-term disability benefits. Enrolled employees who are on long-term disability leave will receive 60% of their monthly earnings up to $6,000 a month after a 90-day elimination period.

PTO Icon

Paid Time Off (PTO)

HealthLinc provides a minimum of two weeks of paid time off to new full-time employees. Qualified employees also receive a day for wellness visits and a day to volunteer annually.

HealthLinc observes seven paid holidays per year. Additionally, employees receive three “floating holidays” that allow them to celebrate the days that are most important to them and their families.

Student Loan Repayment Icon

Student Loan Repayment

HealthLinc offers student loan repayment through the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) and the Nurse Corps. If denied from these programs, HealthLinc offers contracted providers repayment assistance.

Continuing Medical Education Icon

Continuing Medical Education

To ensure our providers are up to date with medical procedures and education, HealthLinc provides CME funds on an annual basis.
