Sliding Fee Discount
HealthLinc accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP), most commercial insurance plans, and provides care for the uninsured. Services will be provided on a sliding fee scale based on household size and income, even if a patient has insurance. All patients wishing to use the sliding fee scale must go through intake. If you do not have insurance, we can assist you in trying to obtain insurance.
