Who We Are
As a community health center, HealthLinc provides medical, dental, vision and behavioral health care to more than 56,000 individuals across northern Indiana, including those with insurance, without insurance and with limited income. Our goal is simple: to make sure you get the care you need, when you need it.
Who We Serve
HealthLinc serves individuals in Lake, LaPorte, Newton, Porter, Starke and St. Joseph counties. Whether you need a routine checkup, help managing a chronic condition or support for your mental health, our team is here for you.
We believe cost should never be a barrier to care. HealthLinc accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP) and most commercial insurance plans. We also welcome patients without insurance.
HealthLinc also offers a sliding fee scale based on household income and size for those who qualify, even if you have insurance.
