Tom has dedicated more than 30 years to serving others of all ages as a licensed clinical social worker, often working with the communities that need it the most. He believes in patient-centered care and helping patients understand how their thinking patterns affect their lives. Tom has helped patients gain control of their concerns, including the impact of trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use and attention and focus problems. By offering behavioral health services within the primary care setting, Tom helps patients get support in a familiar and trusted environment, making care accessible and improving health outcomes.

Tom received his undergraduate degrees in criminal justice and psychology from Indiana University and a Master of Social Work at East Carolina University.
