VALPARAISO, IN – Furthering HealthLinc’s mission to expand access to exceptional health care, HealthLinc is excited to offer chiropractic services from Dr. Josh Majerus at HealthLinc Mishawaka.
Chiropractic care is primarily used as a pain relief alternative for muscles, joints, bones, and connective tissue, such as cartilage, ligaments, and tendons. Chiropractors use hands-on spinal manipulation focusing on proper alignment of the body’s musculoskeletal structure, particularly the spine.
The rise and advancement of chiropractic treatments over the last decade coincides with the growing prevalence of chronic low back pain and other musculoskeletal conditions. Spinal manipulation or correction is the most common treatment sought by patients in the United States.
Dr. Majerus’ practice focuses on treating pain and dysfunction of the spine, muscles, and joints. He has seen the impact that chronic spine and muscle pain has on patients. His main objective is to reduce pain and suffering and improve the quality of life. He is a graduate of Logan University in St. Louis and has specific training integrating chiropractic care into a traditional medical setting.

Chiropractic services are available to all HealthLinc patients at the Mishawaka clinic starting in January 2020, with plans to expand this service to other clinic locations in the future. Dr. Majerus will see patients on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Patients can make an appointment by calling 1-888-580-1060.
