Nikki sees patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. She can access, diagnose and educate on both chronic and acute health issues. Nikki serves as a primary health care provider and offers all types of physicals and women’s health services.

KIMBERLY WELSH – LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER
As a licensed clinical social worker, Kim plays an important role in HealthLinc’s behavioral health program. She likes to focus on her patients’ strengths so that she can help them make and manage positive lifestyle changes. Kim is also part of the medication assisted treatment (MAT) team, where she helps treat patients who have substance use disorders. Kim received her bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and her master’s degree in social work from Indiana University.
