Nikkole Chambers

Nikki sees patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. She can assess, diagnose and educate on both chronic and acute health issues. Nikki provides all types of physicals, serves as a primary healthcare provider and offers women’s health services.

Nikki received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University and her master’s degree in nursing from Ball State University.
