No-Cost COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic – Rise Up Academy

HealthLinc is partnering with the South Bend Community School Corporation to bring no cost COVID-19 vaccines to Rise Up Academy. Comirnaty (Pfizer) vaccines are available for students, staff and community members 12 years and over. Students under the age of 18 must bring a signed consent form on the day of the clinic to get their vaccine. Please return to Rise Up Academy on November 17, 2021, for your second dose.
