Leap Day is the perfect day to get a head start on good health! The Valparaiso Family YMCA and St. Mary Medical Center will host their annual Healthy Family Day that will feature a variety of medical and wellness screenings and related activities and demonstrations geared toward healthy living for all ages.

Screenings include: blood pressure; bone density; pulmonary function; peripheral vascular disease; BMI/body composition; vision check; one-minute EKG and more!

Open to members and non-members.
