Due to a power outage, our La Porte back-to-school health fair is now next Tuesday, July 23, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. CST at the La Porte Civic Auditorium.

Join HealthLinc La Porte at the La Porte Civic Auditorium on Tuesday, July 16, for a back to school health fair! We are offering no-cost well-child checkups and sports physicals*, plus FREE backpacks and school supplies**. There will be food, giveaways, fun and more!
This event is open to all students and families. You do not need to be a HealthLinc patient or attend a specific school district to attend.
Please schedule a no-cost well-child checkups and/or sports physical by calling 219-326-0043 Ext. 3100.
*No cost to the patient for the week of the event. If possible, insurance will be billed. **While supplies last.
