Join HealthLinc Valparaiso for a cooking class for diabetic health at the Banta Activity Center on Friday, November 8, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. CST. Our registered dietician will be presenting a no-cost cooking class and sharing some recipes that are great for those who have diabetes. Plus, we will have giveaway and more!
