Grab your sunscreen and meet us at the beach! Join HealthLinc Michigan City every Tuesday in June for beachside exercise, no-cost blood pressure screenings, health education and more! The day will begin with check-in and stretching at 9:30, a.m., followed by a beachside walk/run at 10:00 a.m. We will round off the day with a health presentation, screenings and more starting at 10:45 a.m.
