Join HealthLinc Michigan City for our 2023 annual community health fair on Thursday, July 20 at the Michigan City High School from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. CST. Help your child prepare for the upcoming school year with no-cost well-child checkups and sports physicals* and free backpacks with school supplies**, all while enjoying free games, prizes, food and more!
Please call to schedule your child’s well-child checkup and/or sports physical by calling 219-872-6200 Ext. 3400. This is a family-friendly community event, and you do not need to be a HealthLinc patient to attend.
*No cost to the patient from July 20-27. Your insurance will be billed, if possible.
