Join HealthLinc East Chicago for our 2023 annual community health fair on Tuesday, August 8, from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. CST. Help your child prepare for the upcoming school year with no-cost well-child checkups and sports physicals* and free backpacks with school supplies**, all while enjoying free games, prizes, food and more!
Please call to schedule your no-cost well-child checkups and sports physicals by calling 888-580-1060 Ext. 5401. This is a family-friendly community event, and you do not need to be a HealthLinc patient to attend.
*No cost to the patient during the event. Your insurance will be billed, if possible.
