Nathan Dolan

Chief Operating Officer

As HealthLinc’s Chief Operating Officer, Nathan Dolan is responsible for the execution of operational strategies and works closely with management to support the clinics and ensure they are on track to meet their annual goals.

He previously held the position of Assistant Chief Operating Officer before leaving HealthLinc to be part of a quality transformation project at Purdue University Lafayette. Most recently, he served as the Director of Continuous Improvement and Quality at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.

Nathan is heavily involved in the community and enjoys volunteering. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the American Society for Quality (ASQ). Nathan is currently serving as HealthLinc’s interim Chief Quality Officer.
