Kim Pflughaupt

Kim has dedicated 37 years to the healthcare field, including the past 19 years as a family nurse practitioner providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. She emphasizes creating a supportive and trusting environment where patients and their families feel comfortable discussing their health concerns. Kim is committed to meeting individuals where they are in their healthcare journey, empowering them to take an active role in their care and advocating for their needs. Her goal as a healthcare provider is to enhance overall health outcomes and promote well-being in the community.

Kim received her Associate of Science in Nursing from Indiana University of South Bend and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bethel University. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Purdue University and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Chamberlain University.
