Kayti is focused on the health and wellness of families. She provides both preventative care and chronic disease management across the lifespan. Kayti believes in shared decision-making with each individual and family, incorporating evidence-based practice guidelines into her care and providing individualized education.

Kayti received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Purdue University and her master’s degree in nursing from Indiana University South Bend.
