Jacob received his doctorate in pharmacy from Purdue University. He is passionate about providing high-quality care to underserved communities and enjoys fulfilling his passion for teaching through his interactions with patients. Jacob is an active member of the American Pharmacists Association and the Indiana Pharmacists Association and will serve as the 2023-24 pharmacy resident at the Valparaiso clinic.
