As a board-certified internal medicine physician, Dr. Kats sees patients 18 years and older. He is trained and interested in diagnosing and treating acute illnesses and is a firm believer in preventative medicine. He strives to increase the quality of life for his patients by addressing and attempting to prevent chronic disease. Dr. Kats is fluent in English and Russian and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
