Dr. Bates focuses on working with a diverse population of patients, from newborns to seniors. He enjoys making connections and providing care for the entire family. Dr. Bates is active in medical education and has spent most of his career teaching medical students and family medicine residents. He is currently the program director for HealthLinc’s Family Medicine Residency Program.
Dr. Bates received his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at Metro Health Hospital.
