Dr. Jennifer Maya

Family Medicine Physician

Site Medical Director – Valparaiso

Dr. Maya is an experienced family medicine practitioner at the Valparaiso clinic where she also serves as the site medical director. She served as chief resident and completed the International Health Track while in residency at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in South Bend. Dr. Maya is an active member of several professional associations, including the Indiana State Medical Association (ISMA). She has held leadership roles and received many honors and awards for her service. Dr. Maya is fluent in English and Spanish.
