Dr. Carl Toren

Dr. Toren’s practice is focused on the health of children, both for the present and the future. He partners with families to monitor a child’s growth, development, nutrition and safety while following expert guidelines for vaccinations and screenings. If sickness comes, he offers comprehensive tests to discover the cause and then arranges any necessary treatment and follow-up. In addition, Dr. Toren is HealthLinc’s chief medical officer and oversees all of our medical operations. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Toren received his bachelor’s degree from Hope College, his Doctor of Medicine from Northwestern University, completed his pediatric residency at Lurie Children’s Hospital and received his Master of Public Health from the University of Illinois.
