Dr. Mathews strives to improve the physical health of patients with chronic mental illnesses. She has additional training and is part of a team working with pharmacists to treat hepatitis C. Dr. Mathews goal is to build relationships with her patients and work towards better health together. She is passionate about teaching and developing other health professionals. She currently works with the nurse practitioner residency program at HealthLinc.
