As the Porter County MIRT Supervisor, I lead and support a team of peer recovery coaches who respond alongside first responders to individuals experiencing behavioral health and substance use crises. I am a certified addiction peer recovery coach with over four years of experience in recovery support services. I am in long-term recovery, which allows me to bring lived experience, empathy and authenticity into my leadership and service. 

In my role, I focus on supervision, team development, crisis response, community outreach and ensuring that the individuals HealthLinc serves are connected to ongoing care and resources. Having physical health and behavioral health services under one organization allows for seamless coordination of care, reduces barriers and ensures individuals are treated as whole people — not just a diagnosis.
