Chaya is dedicated to improving patients’ quality of life through education and disease prevention. She builds strong, trusting relationships through open communication and empowers individuals to take control of their health by creating personalized care plans – leading to healthier outcomes for both patients and the community.

Chaya received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Rutgers University, her master’s degree in nursing from Indiana University South Bend and is currently completing HealthLinc’s Family Nurse Practitioner Residency Program.
