As a family nurse practitioner, April enjoys building relationships with her patients to help them reach their health goals. She believes when people understand the “what”, “why” and “how” of their health, preventative care and treatment options, they are more prepared to ask questions and make informed decisions about their health. Because of this, April believes that education and a collaborative approach to care are key. Her pronouns are she/her.

April received her bachelor’s degree in business administration and master’s degree in nursing from DePaul University and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Andrews University.
