Maurine prioritizes care for people in rural communities and is interested in behavioral care and substance use disorders. She believes that personal connection and understanding are key to getting better health outcomes for everyone. Maurine aims to increase access to care, whether comprehensive or specialty-focused, for all patients she serves.

Maurine completed her pharmacy prerequisites at the University of Guam and earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Purdue University.
