Join HealthLinc and 1Roof Southeast Neighborhood Community Center of United Way for a diabetes awareness event! There will be health screenings, diabetes education, a special presentation from our dietitian, prizes and more!
This event is open to the public, and you do not need to be a HealthLinc patient to attend.
