Join HealthLinc Michigan City and Ivy Tech in Michigan City for a diabetes awareness event! There will be A1C screenings, no-cost blood pressure screenings, diabetes education, a special presentation from our dietitian, prizes and more!
This event is open to the public, and you do not need to be a HealthLinc patient or Ivy Tech student or faculty member to attend.
