Don’t miss our biggest event of the year!
Join HealthLinc Centennial for our 2023 annual community health fair on Tuesday, August 15, from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST at Madison STEAM Academy. Help your child prepare for the upcoming school year with no-cost well-child checkups and sports physicals* and free backpacks with school supplies**, all while enjoying free games, prizes, food and more!
You can schedule your child’s well-child checkup and/or sports physical by calling 1-888-580-1060. This is a family-friendly community event, and you do not need to be a HealthLinc patient to attend.
*No cost to the patient from August 15-22. Your insurance will be billed, if possible.
