Join HealthLinc Mishawaka for our 2023 annual community health fair on Tuesday, August 1, from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. EST. Help your child prepare for the upcoming school year with no-cost well-child checkups and sports physicals* and free backpacks with school supplies**, all while enjoying free games, prizes, food and more!
You can schedule your child’s well-child checkup and/or sports physical by calling 1-888-580-1060. This is a family-friendly community event, and you do not need to be a HealthLinc patient to attend.
*No cost to the patient during the event. Your insurance will be billed, if possible.
