Pop-Up Vaccine Clinic

HealthLinc is teaming up with the South Bend Cubs to hit COVID-19 out of the park. Everyone 12 years and older can visit our pop-up clinic at Four Winds Field to get their Pfizer vaccine. Participants will be entered to win a suite package for an upcoming South Bend Cubs game, including $100 Cubs Den credit and $50 in Cubs Bucks!
