Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits
HealthLinc offers PPO and High-Deductible Health Plan options through UMR/United Healthcare. All medical plans provide 100% coverage for network preventive care services. Dental coverage provides preventive, diagnostic and restorative care as well as orthodontic services up to age 19. Vision coverage provides an annual vision exam, corrective lenses/contacts and LASIK and PRK vision correction procedures.

Health Savings Account (HSA)
An HSA is a tax-free savings account that allows redirection of pre-tax payroll dollars into an account to pay for eligible healthcare expenses for employees and their dependents. HealthLinc provides $1,000 annually to each employees’ Health Savings Account.
HealthLinc’s wellness program provides benefit-eligible employees and their enrolled spouses a variety of services and resources, such as biometric screenings, health coaching, gym membership discounts, flu vaccinations and more. You can also earn medical premium discounts for participation in the various programs.
SupportLinc – Employee Assistance Program
An employer-paid benefit for employees and their immediate family members. This benefit helps you deal with life’s challenges and the demands that come with managing home and work.
All employees have the opportunity to enroll in a 403(b) Retirement Program. HealthLinc will make safe harbor matching contributions at 100% of the first 3% of compensation employees contribute to the plan and 50% of the next 2% of compensation employees contribute to the plan. Contributions to the plan, plus any earnings they generate, are fully and immediately vested.
Group Life Insurance – HealthLinc provides and pays for Group Life and AD&D insurance for employees. Full-time employees receive $20,000 and part-time employees receive $10,000.
Voluntary Life Insurance – Voluntary supplemental life insurance coverage is available for employees and eligible dependents.
Short-Term Disability – HealthLinc pays for STD insurance for full-time employees. In the event an employee becomes disabled from accidental injury or sickness, 60% of weekly earnings will be replaced with a maximum benefit of $2,000 per week after a 14-day elimination period.
Long-Term Disability – LTD is a voluntary benefit a full-time employee may elect. This benefit provides a benefit of 60% of monthly earnings up to $6,000 per month after a 90-day elimination period.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
HealthLinc provides a minimum of two weeks of paid time off to new full-time employees. In addition, qualified employees receive a day for wellness and a day to volunteer annually.
HealthLinc observes 7 paid holidays per year and 3 “floating holidays” in addition to PTO as outlined in the Holidays Policy and Procedure.
Discounts on a variety of services, such as wireless discounts, that employees can access for their personal use.
Student Loan Repayment
Loan repayment is offered through the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) and The Nurse Corps (for Nurse Practitioners and Certified Nurse Midwives). If denied loan repayment from these programs, HealthLinc offers contracted providers student loan repayment assistance. Eligible providers may be considered for student loan repayment up to $18,000 per year, with a maximum lifetime benefit of $54,000.
Continuing Medical Education (CME)
HealthLinc provides CME funds on an annual basis.
