As a peer recovery coach and supervisor, I view recovery as a journey of reclaiming life through accountability and building a purposeful life. I believe in ‘progress, not perfection,’ using my journey to build stronger connections in both my personal and professional life. I am passionate about bridging the gap between mental and physical health to provide care that addresses the root causes of complex, interconnected health issues. I also use this connection and philosophy to provide leadership support to peer recovery coaches on my team.
