Throughout her career, Alexx has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including child and adult inpatient care, outpatient care (office, school, nursing home, home-based), legal/corrections, inpatient substance abuse and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs).

When treating mental health and physical health conditions, Alexx uses a mix of cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy and mindfulness to explore the “whole picture” when restoring wellness, peace and balance in one’s life.

Alexx has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling.
