During your appointment, the BHT will:

- Help you set goals to improve your mental health

Your other appointments will usually be 20 to 30 minutes long. At these appointments, you will talk about the small steps you have taken toward your goals using the tools they gave you. You can also ask them about any new mental health concerns you may have. If you have any new concerns, your BHT can help you set a new goal and give you new tools to help with that goal.
