You’re invited to a health fair with HealthLinc East Chicago at the Boys and Girls Club.

RSVP is not needed to attend; however, no-cost well-child checkups and sports physicals must be scheduled in advance. Please call 888-580-1060 to schedule. Well-child checkups and sports physicals done during the event will be at HealthLinc East Chicago Harbor West (2106 Broadways St.), across from Nunez Park. Appointments for the rest of the week can be scheduled at any of our three East Chicago clinics.
You do not need to be a patient to attend!
