Tiara is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a background in medical-surgical nursing. She has extensive experience with chronic diseases and provides the care, education and resources needed for proper management. Tiara is dedicated and passionate about helping improve health outcomes by using evidence-based, personalized treatment plans and is focused on decreasing complex chronic conditions in her patients. She aims to be an advocate for her patients and works to create a stereotype- and judgment-free space.

Tiara received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and her master’s degree in nursing from Purdue University Northwest. She completed HealthLinc’s Family Nurse Practitioner Residency Program in 2023.
