In partnership with some of the top health organizations, systems and schools, we’re building a stronger, more skilled healthcare workforce for northern Indiana.

Training and student programs
This four-month program provides students with hands-on, on-the-job learning and experience in our primary care clinics throughout northern Indiana.
Applications for the 2026-27 program are now open through March 6, 2026.
This earn-while-you learn program provides students with full-time employment. At the same time, they gain hands-on experience in one of our clinics in northern Indiana and our clinical training center in Valparaiso.
We offer opportunities for students to learn and grow under the support and guidance of trained medical professionals.

We provide master-prepared behavioral health professionals with enhanced training and clinical supervision in our clinics and partner behavioral health facilities throughout northern Indiana.
HealthLinc, in partnership with Northwest Health, produced well-rounded, knowledgable family medicine physicians who become leaders, mentors and highly-qualified medical professionals in their community.
We provide new family nurse practitioners with enhanced training in a community health center setting that grows their confidence, fosters their mastery of skills and allows them to gain competence in primary care practice.
HealthLinc’s Pharmacy Residency Program is a PGY1 Community-Based Pharmacy Residency focusing on ambulatory care. Residents provide chronic disease statement management and, in partnership with Purdue University, complete a research project, business plan and drug information learning experiences while also completing a teaching certificate.
