Based on feedback from our patient surveys, we are making improvements to our call center to better serve you.
Starting Thursday, July 9, our team members will now support specific communities and receive specialized training on local providers, services and patient needs. This change will help us provide faster, more personalized service.
Important: Our phone menu has changed. Options now include:
- Region 1: La Porte/La Porte Pediatrics/Michigan City
- Region 2: East Chicago/Valparaiso/Knox/Newton
- Region 3: Centennial/Mishawaka/IUSB/Southeast
