No-Cost COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic – Clay High School

HealthLinc is partnering with the South Bend Community School Corporation to bring no cost COVID-19 vaccines to Clay High School. Comirnaty (Pfizer) vaccines are available for students, staff and community members 12 years and over. Students under the age of 18 must bring a signed consent form on the day of the clinic to get their vaccine. Please return to Clay High School on November 3, 2021 for your second dose.
