Annual Community Health Fair

HealthLinc East Chicago will be celebrating the back-to-school season from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, August 5. Events include no-cost well-child checks and sports physicals*, COVID-19 vaccines for ages 12 and up**, free backpacks and supplies**, vendors, healthy snacks, giveaways, music and more! We look forward to seeing you there!
