Join us for our Annual Community Health Fair!
HealthLinc will be at the Madison STEAM Academy from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, July 29. Events include no-cost well-child checks and sports physicals*, COVID-19 vaccines for ages 12 and over**, free backpacks and supplies**, resources, vendors, prizes and more! We look forward to seeing you there!
