A Starke County native, Nikkole Chambers joined HealthLinc in 2013 as a family nurse practitioner. A Starke County native, Nikki received both her Bachelor of Science and Master’s in Nursing from Ball State University. She is currently enrolled at Chamberlain College, pursuing a doctoral degree. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and, with over 10 years’ experience in emergency rooms and intensive care, is certified as a Certified Emergency Nurse. Nikki is also a member of the Emergency Nurses Association and American Nurses Association.

 

Rafal R. Kurzawa, MDRafal R. Kurzawa, MD

Site Medical Director

 

After earning his medical degree from Jagiellonian University in Cracow, Poland, Rafal Kurzawa, MD, completed his residency at Indiana University in Indianapolis. Speaking both Polish and German, he specializes in family medicine and is a member of the American Medical Association and American Academy of Family Practitioners. Dr. Kurzawa also has taught a variety of courses from anatomy to geriatrics at both Jagiellonian University and Indiana University School of Medicine-Northwest, as well as published several papers on children’s health.

 

Linda Munson, DOLinda Munson, DO

 

Dr. Linda Munson practices psychiatry at Porter-Stark Services and sees HealthLinc patients at the Knox clinic as necessary. A graduate of the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University her a Doctor of Osteopathy degree, she completed residencies in both Psychiatry and Nuclear Medicine at the University of Illinois Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Munson is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is affiliated with St. Anthony Memorial Health Center in Michigan City and Porter Hospital in Valparaiso.
